I was checking opening hours and got surprised to see such poor reviews for a business that is so good at customer service. I've never had a bad experience visiting to Office works Stuart Park so I rate you guys with 5 stars.nnMy suggestion is: to beat the poor ratings by few customers, you should start asking happy customers like me to leave a review. Good customer service, quick and I ordered my new mobile over the phone, they had it at the front desk.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Too busy enjoying life behind the desk and won't bother to help customers who are around the store and looking for a product or are trying to purchase an item and get out.nWas hoping customer service would improve in the few years I haven't shopped here. Nope. It got worse.

I have placed an order online. After a received a confirmation for pick up send my husband to pick it and nobody was able to find my order. After being on the phone for 15 minutes somebody answer the call and again nobody has a clue where my things are.
