You have a better chance of getting an appointment with centerlink than this organisation. I have left messages and trying the phone line. So goodluck those who need to do a pre-employment with them.

i had my visa medical exam here. i got earlier than my appointment time and they were able to accommodate me earlier. The staff and doctors are nice and The exam itself was quick onsite however, I needed my xray done on a different laboratory, which is I-Med in Casuarina and they didnt mention that until after the exam. I had to hurry there right after, lucky I just got there early with spare time for the xray cos they said I had to get it done on the same day and the lab closes at 5pm. They should mention that in their text notification or somewhere.

Dr.Dingle was the best doctor I had for my condition. Her team was the best and I was lucky to have them look at my injury. She is very thorough and patient.

Waited for an hour and a half for appointment. Nurse was good though.

Takes forever to get in. Might spend an hour past your appointment time in the waiting room.
