We at Rhino's Diesel were beyond impressed with the service & assistance given to us by Sally & the crew.nNot only did they squeeze our candidate in with less then 24 hours notice for a hearing test, but immediately jumped to action by providing him with an ear clean & drain at the last minute, when his prior appointment elsewhere let him down. Result - we got our candidate to site on time, and he himself reported feeling amazing after the clean - instant clearer hearing! AT NO EXTRA COST!!nA weight off everyone's minds - figuratively & literally! Thank you so much, we'll be back & so will all our friends & colleagues!!

I found the front desk staff to be very friendly, and the audiologist was thorough and knowledgeable..

I wish the reception staff here were as polite as the specialists themselves - unfortunately this business is let down by the ladies at the front desk in particular the larger lady.nFrom the moment I walked through the door I felt as though I was annoying the receptionist by even turning up for my appointment, she was quite rude and condescending towards me. And even after my appointment was finished paying was even an uncomfortable experience. Definitely not a welcoming or positive place to walk into.nVery disappointed with the customer service.nWon’t be returning here.
