The staff are switched on and friendly here, much better than my last local PO
When my parcel was brought to the front desk, the staff did not say a word to me. I'm embarrassed. At least tell me I can take it. Confused.
Came to collect my parcel on Wed (30/12) and was served by a young man. He was so rude and looks like he didn't want to do his job. The ID card was returned in a very inapproriate way; throw it in front of me.
Great staff, excellent service
