These people are incompetent. I was told it was ok to return in two days for my fasting blood test only for the girl to have no idea what to do. Now I need to see another doctor so they can request another test. Also I am finding it increasingly disappointed when another language is spoken in front of me to other customers and over the phone in front of me whilst she struggles with what to do. I think it is very rude for a person attending to you to speak a foreign language in such a way
