Cas clinic: easy & quick phone booking, they will do any referrals, even ones that specify a different place, so saved a bit of time and travel. My mum was seen by radiologist on time, polite an prompt service.

There was an incident today, where a disabled teenage boy got quite violent with his father and started kicking and punching him. The receptionist was able to calm the young man down and keep him calm for the rest of his appointment. She was very warm and very professional with handling the situation on her own.nThe service is very good as well. Very kind workers.

I was able to walk in and be seen within 15 minutes, the receptionist was incredibly sweet and nice to talk to. The lady doing my X-rays was also really nice. All in all a great experience

Arrived at the clinic and was told by a pair of ladies that came off as rude and disregarding that they were going on their lunch break and would be gone for an hour. This was not specified anywhere in their opening hours on the website or on the door of the clinic. Wasted my time coming all the way to the clinic which I was told over the phone was walk ins only. Seems like I'm not the only one who's had a problem with these very hungry staff either. Very unprofessional.
