I’ve posted from post offices all over Adelaide as an eBay seller & this post office is without a doubt the best in the state. Varum & Michelle are friendly, kind & happy to help out. Always putting the customer first, going above & beyond the call of duty countless times. I became an Australia post member because of their helpful tips, saving me a substantial amount of money over the course of a year. I can’t thank them enough, they’re simply the best to deal with!

First, sorry to the nice staff there. But the older lady who works there, with dark hair. You need to remember you work in customer service, treat us with respect too. My son was polite and respectful to you but you made him feel inferior. You treated him in a rude and arrogant manner. Kindness is what the world needs. Very rude . Likes to make customer feel at fault when it's out of their hands. We trust these people with our personal information and products yet time and time again you are treated as if your nothing and stupid. Some workers their are not there to serve the public only their back pockets.do yourself a favour and AVOID going there if possible

I have been regular user of the services at the Clovercrest Post Office for over 3 years, attending 3-4 times per week for business & personal purposes. I have always received professional, friendly and knowledgable customer service during this time. The manager & staff often go out of their way to ensure I am informed about new products or services that might be helpful for me to streamline my business and make savings wherever possible, this has not been my experience at any other PO I have attended. They also helped me to set up a business account with MyPost, and took the time to explain the features that would best suit my needs. I highly recommend this post office and it's lovely staff.
