shocking robo answering machine, after answering all the questions asked ( ridiculous) I then was put on hold for 15 minutes and still no one answered me. I only wanted to ask a HUMAN a simple question one of the worst customer service I have had experience with.n( after this comment Bupa contacted me and wanted me to go on their Facebook page and ask my question, But... I am not on Facebook so should Bupa have an email address? I can't keep ringing and having no no one answering)
