Australia Post - Klemzig LPO

The staff are always polite, but I've had several problems with my parcels when sending them through this LPO. The worst thing was when I sent a resisted mail with some important documents, my parcel was lost and never scanned anywhere even though I've handed it over the counter. Cause of that I didn't receive my document(passport) in time, and it's been over three months already. I went to LPO with my tracking number to try figure out what had happened, but they couldn't help me in any way. You can imagine my feelings. If you're sending something important, you'd better spend 5 more mins to travel to Greenachres Post Shop.

I have been using this post office for years.nI still remember Lil and Gel when they were running it.nSteve, the current owner is a worthy successor.nHe is an incredibly likeable and humorous person and is VERY good at his job. Highly recommended.

This is a small Licenced Post Office (LPO). In addition to the usual postage options, it has the services that you expect to recieve from a LPO. These include widthdrawals from Commonwealth Bank accounts and Western Union Money transfer.nnThe staff were pleasant and helpful.
