There wasn't an option of a half star here otherwise I would have given that only for its location.nMe and my partner went to collect a parcel there and this person, fairly tall with a salt-pepper french beard just treated us as if we were here to collect his things out of his drawing room.nTbh he just appeared to be a but racist because the person next to us was treated well with a smile.nHe should not at all be working in a front face business at all and Aus Post must take some strict action against him.nAlso, just because I am an immigrant I have been asked to go back and get a passport when I had a Driver's Licence, I mean who are you? Inspector?

Speaking to this man everyone's complaining about actually gives me anxiety. Honestly, I'm surprised, i can see people's feedback since over a year and absolutely no action has been taken against this person, he's still there with the same attitude for more than a year!

When I went to collect my parcel from this branch, I genuinely felt that I’m invading someone’s private space like someone sitting home in his living room and all the sudden I come from nowhere and asked for my parcel, the second I mentioned I’m collecting a parcel the guy was like: Hold on where is your ID, your ID please!in a very rude manner.nnWanted to suggest a future carrer advise at the end; as a bouncer or funeral director.nnHope There will be no need to see their faces again ud83eudd26♂ufe0f
