My wife and I made a booking for 1 hour massage for 2 people at 7pm, when we turned up at 7 the owner told us that a walk-in customer took our spot and they only have 1 masseuse in the shop.... So.... I am confused on 2 parts, what is the point of the booking if the time slot cannot be preserved? and even IF the time slot was preserved, there was only 1 masseuse, why did she let us book for 2 people?!?
