Was told I might enjoy Thai style so I tried , Kept saying to go lighter but pressure didn’t change it’s not what I wanted not sure if they’re all like this but yeah I don’t think a lot of the things she did was actually good for my spine 😐 anyhow lesson learned

Had an excellent massage with Mina today. Was a little nervous to go for a massage in my second trimester of pregnancy but I immediately felt safe in Mina’s very capable hands. Very firm yet safe and often checking in with me. Will be back, thank you

Came across these guys when looking for higher star rated places in an area we were unfamiliar with. We struck gold! These guys are beyond amazing, it’s clean, everyone is so friendly, prices reasonable and you’re treated like a princess (or prince in those cases I guess! 😊) When you’re met at the counter they’re always great, especially if you get the guy (am I right in assuming the owner? I don’t even know your name!🤭), he’s always relaxed and ready for a chat and this is partly where the Total Wellness comes in as he freely gives health tips and advice and there are other things on offer too. He’s so helpful. We don’t live close, (in fact 1.5hours away) but one of my Drs are out that way, so every visit there we stop in for a massage on our way home. In fact we’ve started even going out of our way to go there at other times too if we need to go to the city for anything. A big huge shoutout to Mina, she has magic hands that beautiful lady. I always ask for a relaxation massage but if she finds a knot she very gently massages it out till it’s improving. She just ‘knows’ where you’re sore or stiff without saying anything, amazing! Mina, you are a treasure. Thank-you guys, you’ve got customers here forever. 😊

It is a hit or miss as the therapist could not understand what I said.She (small,fair skin) pressed random spots all over my body.Limited English communication of staff. It is not worthy for money if you expected a professional massage. It is a rip off for 80 bucks.

I have been going to Total Wellness Thai Massage & Spa for at least 4 years as they are exceptional and reasonably priced as well. I always come out feeling fantastic. A special shout out to Mina - she is absolutely amazing! Highly recommended for deep tissue and remedial massage.
