Australia Post - Burnie Post Shop

Absolutely appalling, words can't describe the uselessness of this particular post office.

Horrible for shipping items. They never take care when shipping items or when getting an item shipped to the store for your needs. I think that they need a staff refresher and definitely a better range. We just use the Upper Burnie Post Office as they are trustworthy unlike these scumbags.

Geez,l have never had a problem with Burnie. They have always been really helpful to me.

Exellant services and friendly staff

Today i was told by my aus post app that my package was delivered. Yay I was so excited some new eyelashes and some other makeup items, I went to my mailbox as I was home at the time and WHAT!!!! My package wasn’t there. Very upset I thought what do I do as this has never happened to me I went to the people that lived below me and it wasn’t there as well! Confused by the situation that I had been confronted with I called aus post, they had told me that someone had receded it but they don’t know who, now I’m left missing 130$ of makeup I every desperately need to make my self feel better about my appearance Over all I’m very disappointed!!!
