I had 4 people ahead of me and that took 45 minutes. Weekends are busy and I was happy to wait as I can't get in during the week. The lady taking my blood was professional and friendly. There are seats in the waiting area. I'd suggest bringing a book though.

I arrived early before opening time, we all have tickets waiting patiently and the lady let people who just walked in through first. Waste of time
