OMG! They have everything and great service
Language problems. Nail technicians didn't seem to know what they were doing and it then turns out not a single staff member is formally trained or qualified.
As a budding resin artist this place has everything you could want as a nail technician but approx 50% of their products can be used in resin. Instead of waiting 2months for a delivery just check this place out. I spend hundreds everytime I go there.
Great range of products but horrible customer service. I have just taken everything out of my basket and left. I walked up to the counter to ask a question and the man was talking on his mobile, after about a minute of awkwardly standing there with no acknowledgement at all, he literally walked off like 5m away from me and continued talking. So rude. Not giving my money to someone like that, i'll be taking all of my business elsewhere.
No customer service, poor quality utensils.nI purchased $420 worth of products a few days ago, two of the nail clippers purchased broke after their first use.nI returned with the receipt to get a refund on the faulty goods and purchase a further $200 worth of products.nThe shop attendant refused to refund the $10 worth of faulty goods because I didn’t bring them back the day after I purchased them.nDisappointing and unacceptable, I will not be returning.
