This agency has made buying a house a very pleasurable and seemless experience.nObviously the agent (Philip) is employed by the vendor, but the levels of professionalism, courtesy and good service I have encountered have been amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and his communication was prompt and helpful.nI know when I come to sell in the future, I will be using Saraceni as my real estate agency and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of selling.nWhat a nice change to find such high levels of help, rather than the pushy agents that I've encountered elsewhere

The stuff they picked at rental inspections was absolutely ridiculous. They tried pinning 25+ years worth of black stains from underneath a tree on me after I had been there for about a year and a half. That's not to mention even if I had been there for the entire 25 years it would still not be my responsibility. I would actively avoid using them as a rental agent in future. They make you feel like a number not a person.
