I visited the store in Osborne Park on Saturday, 15th May 2021 to get a quote for a new PC build. The gentleman in the store asked me to visit the website to look up components and prices, instead.nI visited the store in-person expecting personalized service. I was a tad disappointed when I was asked to visit the website.nnMoreover, the website isn't particularly user friendly, and DID NOT provide the information that I was told I would get. (Screen shot attached).nnSuch a disappointing experience dealing with you, Arrow Computers.
Rude, dismissive staff. Went it to get my computer repaired that I bought from here and the guy couldn't even give an estimate for how long it'll take or how many jobs they had in queue or how much it costs. Told me Im wasting his time and to either leave the pc here for some unknown length of time or go find somewhere else
Just bought a new laptop from here - service from Rahul was excellent.nHe offered an alternative laptop to the one I'd picked out just to see which I preferred. Also the price was much lower than the 'big boys' on the high street.nFor a small business these guys are definitely worth a look and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending to anyone looking to buy a new PC or peripheral item.
Amazing experience, didn't have a product in store but still they got it for me within 30 min with a smile :) Thank you
Incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
