I had read other reviews before I decided to make an appointment to see Tony Mathers at Harmony Hearing Osborne Park. I am extremely happy with the service and the attention that Tony gave me. He explained everything so well and I felt under no sales pressure to buy. He is clearly very knowledgeable in his field, personable and easy to talk with. After consideration, I did choose to get a hearing aid and it has made a huge difference. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Tony to anyone who thinks (or their partner thinks) that their hearing is not what it should be.

I was seen by Andrew and he fitted me up with a great pair of Oticon hearing aids . I am very happy with the level of professionalism he showed during the assessment , and you won't beat these guys on price , I reckon I saved thousands of dollars ... and received an excellent service

I had my hearing checked twice 2 years apart from other companies who tried to sell me hearing aids from $8,000.00 - $12,000.00. I came across Harmony Hearing & Audiology on the internet and booked an appointment. My hearing test came back relatively the same as the 2 previous companies. However, unlike the 2 other companies I was told by Tony I could start with a basic model for my hearing loss. I was given literature to take home to read and choose the aids. I decided to go up 1 level and got aids with wind resistance. I had my aids fitted 2 weeks later and have been extremely happy as I can hear people in conversations better and have turned the TV & radio's down. I must say I could not recommend Tony more highly as I found him to be extremely professional, taking his time to explain and show me how to use my aids and importantly I appreciated his honesty in recommending the basic model rather than trying to sell me top of the range models.
