Dr holt is a lovely person but the receptionist has completely lost my respect. She was rude and very attacking when I asked why the doctor has been cancelling appointments last minute for the last 4 weeks. If she had been sick all week why not let us know before then rather than the couple minutes before the appointment. Why do you have to attack your customers and patients like that. Bring back the old dr holt and a new receptionist!

Receptionist needs to go! Never seen someone so rude and disrespectful to old people. Made my skin crawl.
