Perth Radiological Clinic

I went to the clinic twice for an ultrasound guided cortisone injection on 29/12/20 and 30/12/20. The receptionists were friendly. I was led to a room by the same lovely and nice nurse who explained to me about the procedures. The female doctor greeted me with a pleasant attitude on the first day and gave the injection. The second day was a male doctor, he was very professional and friendly. They both kept asking how I was feeling throughout the injections and it's really kind of them. The security guards were very friendly too. My thanks to all of you very much!

PATHETIC. We booked a ultrasound and had to wait 2 weeks for it. When we went there for the appointment PRC said we didn't have a booking and we would have to wait ANOTHER two weeks for another appointment. All because of their miss-management. No apology from the receptionist or attempt to fix the issue they created. To top it all off we now need to get another referral as the current one expires and my daughter has to wait in pain. AVOID THIS PLACE at all costs.

Used to be favourite place for my scan. I was impressed by the great service and staff. Somehow, things have changed. Young staff are very unsympathetic and impolite.

Brought my 70 year old terminally ill mother in today who has breast cancer that has spread to her bones and now lungs, we had a referral from her oncologist to have a chest X-ray to confirm she has chest infection only to be turned away by the receptionist and told that my mum should be tested for covid, I explained that my mother is coughing because she has a respiratory issue and not a cold and does not need a covid test because she hasn’t left the state or country for 10 years! We were told to leave and to try Joondalup hospital, I will never step foot in PRC nollamara or recommend any of my clients, family or friends to this practice. My poor mum feels like she’s in a hopeless situation battling this debilitating disease without being made to feel she’s contagious with covid!
