Before booking for this surgical operation, I was having an impression of a nightmare experience having 4 wisdom teeth removed at the same time. But this has been turned by Dr Lee Kaing around. It was a totally different experience for me. A GOOD ONE for that matter. She has an exemplary knowledge of her profession. She explained to me everything that I needed to do to prepare myself before and after the procedure. Kept me calm and helped me obtain a positive mindset. She responded promptly on my queries and gave me helpful advise even during post op. She and her team showed me GENUINE CONNECTION that gave me a perception of how passionate they are in their jobs. I was able to overcome my fear, I felt I was in good hands and sure I was. Everything that they did has led me toward fast recovery. WAOMS would make sure that your health and safety as a patient are being looked after. I never wondered why receptionists like Leanne and Tess were so enthusiastic about what they do. I think it’s their great culture in the workplace. You all did an amazing job! Keep it up and more power! I had a wonderful experience with this clinic. Harleigh in reception is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Email and phone communication was excellent. Dr Stulner is very reassuring, confident and performs all round great patient care. My surgery for wisdom teeth removal was better than I could have ever expected, minimal swelling, pain was easily controlled and I healed very quickly.
