I took my elderly mother to Audika South Perth for new hearing aids.nSonya the Audiologist was really patient and caring with mum on the two occasions we visited. She didn’t make Mum feel rushed or unimportant.nReally great service from Sonya and reception who are very friendly and professional. We have been attending this clinic for six years now and don’t have a negative thing to say about them.

I took my teen to see Sebastian. He was great. He asked heaps of questions, recording answers and was very thorough with the tests he provided. We never felt rushed, great explanation of results on the spot, and all our questions were addressed. Excellent service.

They have tested my hearing and fitted hearing aids etc for me for several years and they have always given me good efficient service.nnUnder the government's scheme for aged pensioners they provide free maintenance and batteries domes etc for pensioners and Western Hearing send them to me by post when I ring up and ask for them.nnAs far as I can tell their hearing testing is good and professional. Possibly they tend to promote the hearing aid manufacturers they are familiar with over some of the others, but I cannot really judge whether this is a problem, as I am happy with the hearing aids they supplied.

Beautiful group of dedicated workers going above and beyond to deliver a great product and outcomes. Best hearing service in Western Australia.
