Away on holidays in Kalbarri when i received a message from Aus Post that an unexpected parcel had been dropped at my local PO and i have 5 days to pick it up.nnI wont be home in 5 days, unable to authorise anyone else to pick it up, so i went to the Kalbarri PO and explained to to the old guy what had happened and asked what I could do.nnHis answer... call the 13 number.nnYou sir are lazy and rude.nWhen a customer comes into your PO you ideally should assist them rather then offering NO help.nNot EVEN BOTHERING to explaining the options I had available until J started to walk out at your lack of help, and then you had the audacity to tell me Aus Post wasnt a storage warehouse.nnWhen you have post office written on your door, you are representing Aus Post.nnCustomers are your wages and in a small sleepy town, visitors should be shown the welcome mat and encouraged to spend money in your shop. You will not see another penny of mine with your attitude.
Filled diesel for prepaid 30.00. Pump stopped at 27.45. Owner explained that it is normal and would only be charged 27.45. Checked my account today and was charged 30.00. This place is dishonest - DO NOT FILL AT THIS STATION.
