Today my postman (Fawell St. Midland) came to my front door to deliver a parcel so that it wouldn't get squashed in the letter box. It is small kindnesses like this, that can really make your day. Thank you ud83dudc4d

Only works half of the time. I boguht a small package online and i get a notification on my computer to come pick it up but no one was here and no collection card and go to pick it up they say it could not fit on there bike i was mad they could of just sent it on a van but they didnt so i have to come do to get my product that i PAID them to DELIVERp but they DIDNT and they close at 5 o clock

3 months we had to wait for a parcel collected by ourselves. No one willing to step up and solve. The parcel FIFO between Perth and Melbourne for 4 trips! Worst service!
