Nice car parking with little post office

Staff are normally grumpy but the post usually arrives when it is supposed to.

The awesome lady who served me regarding my MISC lodging was the friendliest most helpful person l have had the pleasure of dealing with in any administrative position. I didn't want to leave. I think she may have been the manager. You could see the rest of the staff also were polite and helpful, through the managers influence. A brilliant representative for all other Australia Post to follow.

I was late 10 minutes due to a traffic jam for my passport lodgment appointment. And when I rushed in, the service personnel, Jagan, informed me that my passport application form print was missing the bottom bit and so it would be rejected as the bar code is missing. He was very professional and helpful to provide an email address where he could print off the form for me so that I wouldn’t need to rebook an appointment to come back another day. He was also very helpful to inform me that the passport photos that I was about to submit is not acceptable and so he retook proper passport photos for me. Jagan’s service was excellent, professional and kind. Thank you very much. By far, the best Australia Post service as not many people are as patient and understanding as he has shown. Well done! :)
