Staff are 5 stars, but took a star off for wait time. I think they are understaffed and need more help there. All staff I have had at different times there are brilliant though. Very friendly and professional. I have difficult veins and they always manage to get blood from me. Not so much at other places I have been to.

Place is outdated, has a off putting smell (not the best when people aren’t feeling the best) understaffed, like other comments waited 45 minutes.nnJust another one of those places where upper management doesn’t care, the poor staff on the ground having to deal with it.

Very long wait and still waiting. Another customer said they have been waiting for 2 hrs.

Had to go in for a glucose test which takes a couple of hours... I think her name was Michelle, but she was awesome! She was by herself with a trainee and she just smashed out the customer tests with this trainee. I watched her do about forty customers in the couple of hours I had to sit there. Fast, efficient and kind. What a legend. Hope she wins the lotto!
