Theses people lost my application to see a bulk billing psychiatrist twice. I've been waiting a year for their response and when I called to see what was going on they blamed a change in staff for losing my details. Absolutely hopeless and wouldn't recommend my dog to them!nI have left my phone number for a phone call and have had no reply. I don't accept covid as an excuse for the incompetence of your staff and practice. I think this is pathetic and don't expect to be contacted by you. I have also written emais and been given no reply . It's not good enough, as simple as that.

I highly recommend this clinic... very understanding, even when I arrive late or can't make an appointment. Very friendly staff and practitioners!
