One For Women

Wont be using their services again for our next baby, I can't fault the nurses, administration staff and Paediatricians at all, they were great and good at their jobs.nnBut the upper management is a disgrace, we were told from the start that we would only be $990 out of pocket due to our medibank private health.nnA month after baby is born we get bills for $500 from the hospital (Paediatrician) that medibank don't cover and not once did One for Woman tell us that this may happen and be prepared for additional bills separate to the $990.nnWe chased up an answer from one for woman for months, phoning them and emailing them about the whole ordeal and situation, and got no response from their management, only just today did we get an abrupt call from a lady saying she's just started only a month ago and has been told by her bosses that they will not be covering any part of the bill and that we should have expected separate bills from the hospital.nnOnly now are they way for informative and clear about the pricing and bills that clients may expect due to this whole fiasco, I think it's really poor and unethical from such a big company, and has left a really bad taste in our mouth with One for Woman

Dr. Prosser and the team at OFW have walked us through our pregnancy and first time parent journey. We have received exceptional care and treatment from the beginning. I plan to have all my children through OFW. Everyone at the clinic are absolute amazing people whom we've grown to love and adore.
