This business finally has competition. Thank goodness.nNow the monopoly has gone, maybe, just maybe they will improve the service.nnI for one won't be ever going back as they had it too good for too long and abused it with poor customer service so have permanently lost our families patronige.nnI always found it very difficult to get imaging back to the doctor, had to come back for the results so had to make 2 trips.

This is an extremely busy establishment and I think they do their best to accommodate everyone. I was rushed in same day for a breast ultrasound and treated well and with so much respect, care and friendliness. Nurse Sara was an angel and I felt 100% safe & cared for.

My sister came in last Wednesday for her 20 week pregnancy ultrasound scan. The radiographer assured her everything looked normal and baby is growing healthy. My sister receives a call later by a senior specialist from the centre telling her the scans showed abnormalities and there is no sign of Septum pellucidum on the baby's brain.My sister was so upset, stressed and thought of the worse outcome. Her obstrecian sent her to a specialised imaging practice who assured her everything looked fine and baby is developing well and the other centre was wrong. She will never visit this practice or recommend anyone to come here

Wow, I’d rather die than go back here. Reception staff unfriendly, rescheduled my appointment without contacting me to let me know. Someone needs to fire the reception staff and give people those jobs who look like they enjoy being alive.
