Clinipath Pathology Midland Centennial

I arrived at clini path midland around 12 :10 I didn't leave until 1:30..the service is appalling I had a new born baby and husband waiting in the car and 3 people in front of the queue whom where also sharing there frustration on the wait time.i timed one gentleman time in the room which was 20 minutes all I heard was laughing and talking .last time I checked it didn't take 20minutes to do a blood test.also the lady was very rude to me 0 eye contact or warmth once I entered the room. didn't display name badge so couldn't name her personally but she was working today 9/4/2021 also was very disorganised having to leave room to grab supplies. Unacceptable it shouldn't take that long and a sorry for the wait wouldnhave been nice to have hears from her
