Very disappointed to arrive on the day of our fathers funeral to see all white. We are a family of tradition and not at any point were we guided on what would be our choices. We have been to numerous services there and there has always been the black car .nThe funeral we can’t fault but should we not be guided more thoroughly on our options .nnI don’t want to be contacted - I wanted to make more people aware of ask your options as this was our first time doing anything like this and were not guided properly.nnMa

We farewelled my beautiful father on 6th January and he had an amazing service. Jodie our planner, your employee was exceptional from start to finish, so much compassion and care as well as the other ladies at the service, all were amazing. Thank you girls if I could give a 10 rating, I would xx
