We waited an hour and a half for blood test today.Absolutly smoking my elderly mother was absolutely done in.The staff were too busy with their own importance and were unbelievably slow...

I am terribly scared of getting blood tests and I went in today with the thought that I would just walk in and then walk back out (typical for me).nHowever, a lady working there named Claire was very kind and got me to lay down while I was getting my blood drawn. She was very gentle and changed my whole perspective on blood tests. While she only used the children's needle it still made me feel confident about getting blood tests now. The best part is no bruises or pain!nWould definitely recommend anyone to go see Claire, you won't be disappointed.

15 people waiting and one tester? I was third in line and waited 45 minutes. ANY other centre is better than this.

The best path experience I’ve had! Went in about midday on a Friday, went straight through. The phlebotomist was great! Blood on the first go, not painful and no bruise the next day!
