Western Diagnostic Pathology - Meadow Springs

Not very impressed Waited with my client in the cold for 30 minutes before they advised us their not opening until 9am. Apparently non of the drs are starting until 9 so therefore they won't open at 8am. It is probably not a good idea to advertise your open at 8am when your not. There were four other people waiting this long as well. The pathologist man was also waiting and he was very lovely.

Waited for a blood test this morning for 3/4 of an hour with three people in front of me. Never usually had to wait for this amount of time when at other pathologists but the service once in was #1. Customer service was really great lady chatty and very friendly and made you feel very comfortable and relaxed. Although I had to wait a while for the test to be done it was worth it. Will recommend and will be back.
