Good customer service, even when there is issues with post

I have never had a parcel damaged or go missing since using the parcel lockers.nThe staff are always friendly and helpful to me. Australia Post couriers on the other hand are the worst.

They drop off slips that say they are open till 6pm, only to get here and be closed!
