Love marks work ud83dudc4chighly recommended. He is a genuine bloke that cuts to the chase no nonsense and makes the effort to explain the process of what's being done. 6 weeks after buying an EXTREMELY expensive, handmade Zager acoustic guitar, it fell off the strap breaking the neck. I was distraught to say the least. I spent an evening and full morning contacting guitar builders/repairers and was given the runaround. None would commit and the fastest I could see any was a month away. Some didn't even answer my calls or texts. Luckily, I found Mark at Rocket Music Co. He returned my call within minutes and was ready to take my guitar the next day. Mark assured me that my guitar could be repaired with little fuss, making me feel a lot better straight away.n9 days later, I have my Zager and it is perfect.nThe neck looks brand new. The finish is exactly as one would expect from a highly seasoned, pro-luthier. I can't recommend Mark highly enough. If you have a high end guitar that needs careful, delicate work, Mark is your man. He has the attention to detail and necessary skills to make your instrument good as new, (or as can be).nThe price? Ormsby Guitars wanted $450 to do the job. Mark charged me $100. Do the math...

Great work. Dropped in the LP for some much needed TLC and Mark did a great job totally refreshing the frets and checking, cleaning and setting up everything. Very happy and will be back to see him again whenever I need work done. Cheers!
