Pretty much felt ignored, just needed to pick up hydralyte for my sick wife, had an upset 1 yr old with me and whilst waiting at the register for the check out lady to finish doing something on the computer other people came to the register and were served before me. Extremely frustrating.

This is really a remarkable pharmacy. I've been with them for several years now and Rory and his team have terrific customer service! I recently had a prescription that one of the major chains just rejected. "Sorry, we can't get that" was all they said. So I called up Rory and his team and they looked into it. Rory even sent me a direct email with instructions for my doctor on how to get the medicine appropriately delivered with the goverment pdf that needed to be filled out and then called me directly to explain what my doctor and I needed to do. Where else do you get service like that? I'm a medical professional myself (a paramedic, working on my PhD in Medicine) and I've continued to be impressed with the knowledge of the pharmacists who work here. So ... great customer service and excellent clinical knowledge. I wish I didn't live over half an hour away now, but when I have a complicated case I consider myself lucky to have them to fall back on. If you're in Murrumba Downs you really can't do better than these guys! Thanks to everyone there. I'm happy to give you a genuine, glowing review.

Rory was beyond helpful and has restored my faith in humanity, at least when it comes to pharmacists. He personally called me to clarify prescription given to my toddler, and now even I know of different types of antibiotics that can/can’t be given to a child with an ear infection. Glad to have a local pharmacy I can trust, unlike Chemist Warehouse NL. Thank you
