Very Rude to me, will not see my business again

Best service this side of the Rockies !

Went to get a script today for 1 item. Handed the script to a girl, who was friendly enough, but didn't ask any questions about allergies or if I had used the product before etc. She seemed to have no idea and also seemed confused because the script was stapled together and not folded. After waiting over 15 mins, I was asked what I was waiting on. I was handed the basket with my product in there, but the script had not actually been dispensed or labelled! So I then had to wait ANOTHER 5 minutes for them to actually dispense it. To then be told that they were busy (there was no one else in the shop) and sometimes mistakes happen. I was not given an apology... very disappointing experience...
