Shocking service. Usually on point but bought a product on their recommendation to only get it home and discover we hadn’t been told it had an added flavour. Returned it next day with receipt and unopened. But told as it’s left the shop it’s tough luck. It’s not as if the product was only a few dollars, it was $60. Not perfume or makeup. No way of it having been used. Extremely disappointing with the service.

Same as everywhere else. Parking is easy though so 5 stars

8 out of 10 times I go there for my script, I have to go back 3 to 4 times just to get it filled. They lose it or don't have my medication And ask me to come back tomorrow as there delivery will be in later today, come back the next day no medication. I don't have the time and energy to be going 3 times almost everytime to pick up. My Nurce has been in touch but still no good. Had to wait two weeks onetime for medication That treats my condition. Had enough, changing pharmacies after 8yrs

I love chemist warehouse, so many products, they always have sales, the staff are friendly and are not in your face as soon as you walk in, but they are there to help if you need them, never had a problem.
