Priceline Pharmacy Capalaba

Have been to this Priceline a couple of times. Oddly, both times, I’ve received the worst customer service imaginable. How many people does it take to check someone out? I’d like to think one. How many does it take when there are two registers and a line of half a dozen people? The answer to both is at least two at this Priceline. My first experience was with a line of half a dozen, where the clerk tried to upsell the client a Priceline card... which I get. I totally understand it but don’t do it at 6pm when there are 5 people waiting. The second time a client in front of me (more lined up behind) wanted to pay with points.... can’t blame her at all. But clerk 1 couldn’t work it out, called over clerk 2 and they spent at least 5 mins trying to work it out. They didn’t work it out. I had to wait ages to buy one item. I only went back thinking experience 1 was a once off. Won’t be going back.

I went there at the nail section next to the chemist counter and asked to the lady behind it where was nail liquid gel, she didn't ask me any questions, just said "no we don't have it "....the way she told me wasn't nice and i insisted 3 times. At the end I left and I went to the main counter and a lovely girl listened my request and straight went to the island and get the gel.!!!! I understand that is impossible know everything in the shop, too many products, but to be polite and helpful is knowledge. Staff should be trained. By the way I m happy to find what I was looking for.

Excellent staff and always try their best to make life easy . If you want to be looked after with your medications definitely go here :)

Rude staff members who would rather stand around chatting than helping customers. Staff wouldn’t honour a price when something was ticketed incorrectly. Wouldn’t bother, waste of time.
