GO TO HARVEY NORMAN FOR PRINTS THEY ARE A LOT MORE RELIABLE.nnI ordered a glass print for a client from the Officeworks website to be collected from the O'cconor store.nThe order took 3 weeks to arrive. When I looked at the tracking information, I called the store to confirm its arrival. Upon confirmation, they informed me that the guy who signed for it, Pete, was starting at 12:00pm and I advised that I'd be there around the time.nI arrived at 12:30pm and waited in the queue to be told;n1. That they couldn't find it andn2. That Pete started at 2pm.nNote that this is a paid project, I'd waited for 3 weeks and initially I was told the so called Pete would be there at 12pm.nHad this been a one-off, I'd probably have held back from leaving a review but unfortunately I've had multiple bad experiences at this store.nHarvey Norman are by far more efficient and professional AND they are right across the road.nThese people should stick to selling stationery.

My visit to the O'Connor store is always meet with polite staff that are actually helpful...

Reasonable outlet. You can park outside and it's really handy. Open late, so handy. Due to COVID, some of the work from home type supplies are in short supply. Otherwise quite good. Use the Officeworks website so that you aren't caught out.

Some of the staff are not helpful. I asked a girl about something that I couldn’t find on the shelf and instead of showing me where it is, she just insisted ((you will find it there)). Another guy said that he will check the item on computer, but he never came back to me and kept me waiting. Too rude and not professional.nPS. The click and collect guy was awesome and professional.
