Unfortunately only one star. Service was good, prices are good. However my CC was compromised 24-48 hours after using online store. Card hadn't been used anywhere else during that time. Contacted the Austin sales team to let them know. Didn't get a response at all. Would suggest not using CC directly with this company until they can confirm they are not compromised.
Went to purchase a graphics card, i have one in mind. The one I wanted wasn't suitable for my needs, they gave me sound advise, only wanted to sell wanted I needed, not the highest priced item.nnStore manager very helpful

Had a CPU cooler replaced. The technician did a serviceable job, but made some strange decisions with fan placement that I had to fix myself. I then booked a repair for another issue but communication around timeframe was very poor and my computer was moved around between stores without my prior knowledge. Eventually collected after several days and fixed the issue by myself. Not the greatest repair experience I have had.
