Had extreme back pain for years and years. Saw numerous doctors who told me to do stretches. Eat broccoli, don't look at screens and sleep by 7pm and would print out wads of stretching exercises.nnCame here once for something else. Briefly mentioned my back hurts. Was in for a CT scan a couple days later. Discovered herniated discs and crushed nerves. Was in for getting cortisone shots soon after.nnMakes you wonder how horrible the others were to not take me seriously enough for 7 years before.
