I have been doing yoga at Body for Life for some time now. I love Joy’s Saturday morning classes! Yesterday I had my first Body for Life massage. Amber was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Her massage was amazing, just the right amount of pressure to release tension without being painful. My back feels great today! I can’t wait to book in again :)
