Best place to buy instruments hands down. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the equipment available for demo and for show is wide, and it’s so beginner friendly. If you’re a novice you won’t feel talked down to - the team here is really stand out. 10/10 would recommend this place over any other music store in Perth.

Bought my dream bass from the online Mega Music store. I bought the Fender Duff Mckagan Reissue bass. First time purchasing from Mega Music and won’t be my last! Shout out to Ashley (online customer service person) for helping me out. Before purchasing the bass, I asked for more pictures and information relating to the bass. She replied to all emails with the information and pictures I asked for. She was very flexible with setting a better price for me and was patient with answering everything I wanted to know. The bass it’s self is amazing. Have been playing it everyday for the last 3-4 weeks. The bass arrived faster then expected, and packaged very well. It rocks, looks and sounds amazing! Overall, very pleased with the bass and customer service. Would definitely purchase more items from Mega Music! Thanks

I have been there many times and found the staff attentive and very helpful. On my last visit, in particular, Ash Forrest was able to figure out my needs by asking the right questions. By doing so it made it worth my while and I have sorted out my guitar and amplifier issues. Thanks.

Can only speak for guitar players really but their range is amazing. I've been coming here for over 15 years and always love checking out the new stuff they have. Friendly staff that are happy to answer all of my questions to.

Please god double check your shipping costs because now I'm out of pocket for the rest of the week because these guys charged me $144 for shipping instead of $14. Gotta love that 3-7 business day process time...nThanks!nIll stick with Sound Centre from now on.
