A confession + appreciation. A couple of weeks ago, I had my daughter's violin restrung here, with DOMINANT PRO strings (I must admit I was tempted with the upgrade from the regular Dominant Set with the great introductory price!). Our violin went out of tune regularly in the first few days, took it back to the shop assuming they did a bad job restringing. The guys there were so patient and took the time to explain how new strings take a while to settle. I was SO EMBARRASSED I assumed they were at fault. Not only did Crescendo Music fix my problem, they also offered helpful tips on how to use the pegs properly.

Went to Crescendo for help fixing my ukulele after having some mishaps trying to fix on my own. Tristan took the time and effort to take on the project, listened to what I was after and updated me along the way. Him and his colleagues did an awesome job problem solving, getting the outcome I was after and kept it within my budget.nThanks heaps again everyone for you help getting that uke back on track. Loving playing it again.

I’m not sure what the deal is with the few disgruntled customers. We love this family-run business - genuine, welcoming, not-bossy, decent pricing, knowledgeable and they truly remember their patrons. I’ve had quite a few bad experiences with other music stores who are either racist or just upset if you didn’t make a purchase on the day, not to mention exorbitant prices. Some even misinform us of the products, embarrassingly we even have to correct/educate them. ud83dude05Crescendo is by far one of the best music stores in Perth. Thanks for the beautiful experience so far. Keep up the great work.

It's 1 of the smaller music stores we visited looking for ukuleles and was blown away at the incredible range. Young Damon helped us ,he was friendly ,talented,knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us pick a ukulele and accessories. Very impressed with Damon and the store .the bigger store can be overwhelming and cluttered. Totally recommend crescendo if your after a stringed instruments, music books and excellent service
