Had a great sales and service experience at Myaree store. My local place didn't had the stock so travelled 30 min to get what I wanted. Was served by Simon who was exceptional and prompt in finalising the sale. I'll be returning to this branch again. Great team ud83dude01
A wider range than most competitors (you know who they are!), while still price matching. Friendly and knowledgeable service, and eager to help. The merchandising is a lot more chaotic than their competitors but that's offset by the availability of products that are out of stock elsewhere.
The staff at this JB are seriously quality staff. The security guard always greets you with a smile and is super friendly, and the staff have helped me through a super complex return process with professionalism and a smile the whole way. Always helpful and friendly
Clean store, friendly service
Twice now I have gone here. No one interested in helping each time. stood there for 20 mins waiting for assistance. Sales team was more interested in taking photos of a dog out the front of the store. Was buying go pro8 with all accessories. Was an easy sale for them all they had to do was chalk it up.
