They refuse entry if you don't sign in and put in all your data (Name, address, phone). This is not mandatory by WA but by Apple themselves. Its by choice, not by law.nnApple as a company that values data so much should know better. I will take my business elsewhere

Genius Bar were excellent!..Had my iPhone XS Max with a faulty earpiece fixed in less than 2 hours and notified me via email..Admittedly they did forget to fit the screen protector, but I reminded them and the job was done within minutes which was no big deal..I was going to go to Perth but on ringing, the phone message said they were closed.

Apple are being too smart for their own, and more importantly the customers, good. The booking system and customer service when you arrive, whilst attempting to streamline things, is overly complex and takes far too long. I like Apple products but hate having to visit the store. Even just picking up an order can take ages as you get logged in and then wait for a customer representative to see you, then go get the product you have already selected and paid for. Please review the processes and make things more customer friendly.
