Went down today and met Ryan, who was very knowledgeable in problem solving. Wasn't sure exactly why my computer wasn't receiving a signal to my monitor. Ryan found the issue and fixed up my computer for a small price and I left very happy knowing a bit more about computers.

After asking for an upgrade to my computer of 6 years, I was told to leave my computer at the store from Tuesday, and when I finally got my computer back mid Friday afternoon, the CPU, wireless adapter and RAM upgrade not only cost an arm and a leg, but rendered my computer broken within moments of being switched on. When I brought it back to get fixed, the best suggestion was to leave it there over the weekend, so the stores only technician can poke around at it come next week at an undetermined time. It's laughable that someone who works at a computer shop doesn't know how to put one together, or at the very least diagnose what is wrong with it in the first place, or whatever technician does work in store takes almost a week to put 3 parts in, and buggers the computer up completely. After I mentioned this was unacceptable, I was told to go up to Osborne park, where a computer technician 'can have a look at it'. And they're pretty spot on go somewhere else, they'll probably do a better job

Great prices, functioning items, nice reps. Decently small store with a huge storage unit out the back. Go there if you need anything to do with computers, be it an ethernet cable, all the way to an amazing gaming setup for a fraction of the cost of other stores. Trust me, if you want it, they probably have it!
