MINUS 5 STARSnDon't buy anything from them. I paid for 'rare' dvd's. Two weeks and no notice of being sent, two emails, no reply, another email via pay pal, no reply. Thank goodness I paid via pay pal and was able to have my money refunded. I rarely write negative reviews as everyone is entitled to off days, mistakes etc, but this was ridiculous.
If there was a 0 stars I would give that instead of a 1.nProfessionalism upon arrival was appalling.nI was led to believe it would take a few days to convert. I had three weeks until I required the dvd. I was advised I would get a call and hadn't heard anything in about two weeks. Last week I called and was sold someone would call me back... never happened.nI called again today (one day before I needed it) was advised someone would call me back. Almost two hours later... no response. So i called again. The staff we're incredibly rude on the phone. No apology offered. When I questioned if it would be ready in time I was snapped at and told they we're really busy.nAppalling customer service! Never again!
Used them for 30 yrs. Always prompt and reliable.
