Dr Soon Ai Tan,nMy mother in law when to see her recently for the first time, without knowing her history, proceed to tell her not to take one of her meds as its a crazy pill. So of course, being elderly, my MIL got concerned and decided of her own accord to stop taking the med. This is just bad doctoring 101. Maybe get a history of the patient first before you casually spew out words that could affect the patients life. My MIL was put on the med a few years back (by a specialist) to help clear her mind as she had a bad episode of mental health. Unbelievable that a Dr would tell a patient to stop their meds without a understanding of why it was prescribe in the first place. Absolutely unprofessional. Will not ever see this Dr again. Some people are just not meant to be Dr's and Dr Tan fits right in.

Dr Tan is a very good doctor who is experienced and patient. She understood my problem and gave me comprehensive treatment. Her communication is also good. The reception and the nurse are frienly.

Had a terrific experience here. Had one rude guy on the phone when I returned their call. He was rather condescending. But my doctor and front desk ladies were excellent.

Not a good experience. The doctor did not communicate well, had bad manners, and gave bad/conflicting advice. She took a phone call during my appointment and I was made to feel unwelcome.

Great experience from when I walked through the door to reception, Receptionist so welcoming & informative. Nurse was a lovely young lady as well, made me feel comfortable. Dr Mina Hajighanbari, once again I felt so comfortable, so easy to talk to & she listened. Must say I was concerned about finding another Doctor as my Doctor retired from medicine after many years. I have, so thank you to all. Kathy Murphy
